You Don’t Need More Time. You Need to Trust Yourself Enough to Move.
This is a place to think clearly while your life is changing.
Private coaching with Tina LeAnn is for accomplished women navigating a major turning point who want clear, honest support in trusting themselves, uncovering what’s keeping them stuck, and moving decisively into what’s next.
Some decisions are too important to keep revisiting without getting any closer to clarity.
You’re used to being capable, independent, and able to find your own way.
You think deeply. You research. You weigh the options. You’re responsible, and you consider how your choices will affect the people around you.
Usually, that works.
Until it doesn’t.
There are moments when you can examine something from every angle and still feel no closer to clarity because you’re inside the very system you’re trying to understand.
You can analyze the relationship and still miss the role you keep playing within it.
You can make endless lists about your career and still not see what your identity is attached to.
You can know the boundary you need and abandon it the moment someone becomes disappointed.
You can want change deeply and still find yourself negotiating your way back toward what’s familiar.
That’s where private coaching becomes valuable. Not because you need someone to tell you what to do. But because some patterns are difficult to see from inside them.
A place to see what you cannot easily see from inside the pattern.
You do not need someone to run your life.
You need someone who can pay attention closely enough to notice what you miss.
The contradiction.
The assumption.
The story you keep repeating.
The place where your words say one thing but your behavior says another.
The role you've outgrown but are still performing.
The fear dressed up as logic.
The desire you keep minimizing.
The truth you already know but have not yet trusted.
Private coaching gives you a place to slow the pattern down, understand what is actually happening, and decide what you want to do next.
Bring me the thing you can’t stop thinking about.
- The relationship you cannot decide about.
- The career you've outgrown.
- The business you keep postponing.
- The move you keep imagining.
- The conversation you keep rehearsing but never having.
- The opportunity that excites you and scares you.
- The boundary you set and then abandon.
- The resentment you keep swallowing.
- The version of your life that looks good from the outside but no longer feels right from the inside.
- The question you keep asking yourself at 2:00 am.
We'll start there.
What We Actually Do Together
This is not endless self-examination. We work with what's happening in your actual life.
Together, we will:
- Identify the real decision underneath the noise.
- Separate fear from genuine misalignment.
- Notice where you're contradicting yourself.
- Uncover the role or identity shaping the choice.
- Challenge assumptions you have treated as facts.
- Work through what comes up after you set the boundary.
- Prepare for difficult conversations.
- Clarify what you actually want.
- Test it against your values.
- Pay attention to what happens next.
- Adjust when reality gives us new information.
Sometimes the work is deep.
Sometimes it's practical.
Usually, it's both.
I will listen deeply. I will also interrupt the pattern.
I'm not interested in keeping you in perpetual processing.
I want to understand you. But I also want to help you move.
I'll ask the question underneath the question.
I'll notice when your explanation makes perfect intellectual sense but doesn't match what you actually want.
I'll challenge assumptions that have gone unquestioned for years.
I'll reflect the pattern when you cannot see it.
I'll help you distinguish between what's yours and what you're carrying for someone else.
And I'll keep bringing the work back to your real life.
What needs to be said?
What needs to stop?
What needs to begin?
What decision are you avoiding?
What would change if you trusted yourself here?
The work is compassionate.
It's also honest.
I'm not here to tell you what to do.
I will not tell you whether to leave your marriage.
I will not tell you to quit your job.
I will not decide where you should move, what business you should build, or what your next chapter should look like.
That would defeat the entire point.
My role is to help YOU see YOU clearly enough that you no longer need someone else to decide for you.
I may challenge you.
I may ask you to examine something you’d rather avoid.
I may point out a pattern you cannot see.
But the decision remains yours.
The goal of this work is not greater dependence on a coach.
It’s greater trust in yourself.
Meet Tina LeAnn
My first career taught me to see systems.
For more than twenty years, I worked as a mechanical designer.
I learned to look beneath the visible problem, understand how multiple parts interact, identify root causes, and recognize that one small change can influence an entire system.
Today, I apply that same way of thinking to human behavior.
I look for patterns. Connections. Contradictions. What's driving what. What you're protecting. What you're avoiding. And what no longer fits.
My work draws from neuroscience, psychology, NLP, unconscious pattern work, identity development, nervous-system awareness, somatic integration, and transformational coaching.
But underneath all of it is one question: What's actually producing this result?
Because once we understand that, we have somewhere meaningful to work.
Recode Your System™ is the framework I draw from inside the coaching.
You do not need to memorize a process. You do not need to become fluent in coaching language. That's my job.
I use Recode Your System™ to identify what may be influencing the pattern beneath the surface:
The meaning you assigned to an experience.
The identity that formed around it.
The values that became important.
The strategies you developed.
The behaviors those strategies now create.
The result you keep getting.
The framework helps us work with the right thing instead of simply managing the symptom.
The goal is not more insight.
- The goal is movement.
- Clearer decisions.
- Stronger self-trust.
- Cleaner boundaries.
- More honest relationships.
- Less second-guessing.
- More follow-through.
- Less energy spent negotiating against yourself.
- A greater ability to recognize a pattern while it is happening.
- The courage to have the conversation.
- The willingness to choose what you actually want.
- And the capacity to move forward without needing perfect certainty first.
Over time, the work becomes less about “fixing” yourself and more about living from a place that feels increasingly congruent with who you are now.
It's not for someone looking for a coach to tell them exactly what to do.
It's not for someone who wants validation for a decision they've already made but do not want questioned.
It's not for someone who wants to collect more insight without changing anything.
And it's not for someone looking for a rigid step-by-step system that removes uncertainty.
Private coaching works best when you're willing to be honest, curious, and active in the process.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You do need to be willing to look.
This work is a strong fit if you are...
Accomplished and highly functional, but there's an area of your life you can no longer ignore.
Self-aware, but tired of understanding the pattern without changing it.
Facing a meaningful decision or transition.
Ready to be challenged, not simply reassured.
Willing to examine your own role in what keeps repeating.
Interested in depth, but not endless introspection.
Looking for highly personalized support rather than a one-size-fits-all process.
Ready to make changes in your actual life.
And willing to move even when certainty is not available.
Information is everywhere.
You can ask AI anything. Listen to a hundred podcasts. Read another book. Or take another course.
And all of that can be useful.
But information alone can't show you what you can't see from inside your own patterns.
It can't hear the hesitation in your voice, notice the sentence you keep repeating, or catch the contradiction between what you say you want and what you keep choosing.
A human can ask the question you've been avoiding, stay with you when the conversation gets uncomfortable, or help you translate insight into the next real decision.
There are moments when what you need is not more information, you need another human being paying close attention.
Highly personal. Highly responsive. Built around your real life.
Private coaching is my highest-touch work.
There's no fixed curriculum to squeeze yourself into.
Your life determines the work.
One session may focus on a relationship decision.
Another may be about visibility in your business.
Another may involve a boundary, a career move, money, leadership, identity, family, or an opportunity you are afraid to take.
We work with what's most alive.
We look for the deeper pattern when one is present. And then we bring the work back into your life.
Insight matters. But what matters more is what changes because of it.
The shift is often quieter than people expect.
IT MAY LOOK LIKE:
- Making a decision in days instead of circling it for months.
- Holding a boundary without collapsing afterward.
- Saying what you actually mean.
- Ending a pattern that has been running for years.
- Trusting your own read of a situation.
- Choosing differently even when someone else is disappointed.
- Taking the opportunity.
- Leaving the thing you have outgrown.
- Letting yourself want more.
OR SIMPLY REALIZING:
I know what I want. And I trust myself enough to act on it.
Kind Words
Susan Lee
Working with Tina felt like working with an old friend I’ve known for years.
I felt so comfortable sharing the unshareable while getting the support to navigate my own patterns, catch them like little bubbles of fog standing between me and who I want to be, and gently popping them.
I started with a heavy load of beliefs that always left me stuck. After a few sessions with Tina, I felt immediately lighter, as if I had put down a heavy load I had been carrying for years. My kids felt that too.
Now I can identify when old identities, beliefs, and patterns are in play, and I have much more certainty about what needs to happen next. I’m also more aware that the relationship I have with myself is the central relationship in my life.

It's truly the greatest honor and gift to experience a breakthrough session with Tina. She is so masterful, grounded, elegant, and precise in her craft.
I entered the breakthrough session with a lot of deep weight I had been carrying for most of my life, ranging from health conditions I couldn’t get to the root of, all the way to financial blocks and confusion on my “next steps”..
I was cautious. While I was hopeful, I had done many sessions with other practitioners prior to meeting her, that never seemed to move the needle with these blocks the way I had been needing and looking for.
I was completely blown away and beyond fulfilled by the end of our session! Not only did we get to the core of these blocks, but I walked away with truly priceless wisdom and clarity that changed my whole worldview. I feel resourced, restored, and FREE, which was my intention (and tall order) coming into the breakthrough.
Tina is a wellspring of hard earned wisdom she is ready and willing to impart onto you, if you’re open and willing to learn and go deep. She really puts all of her heart and care into every aspect. Her facilitation is incredibly deep, clean, and pure. She has devoted her life to these studies and it’s felt.
If you are on the fence, this is your sign to take the leap. You won’t regret it.
I am beyond grateful to know Tina, and to continue to experience her ever-evolving, potent, and important work.

Tina has a calm, focused nature and is both intuitive and strategic, a rare combination. She often sees where you need to go in your life or business before you do, then gives you the tools to get there.

What started as a journey in search of peace and understanding after both of my parents’ deaths led me into my own self-discovery. I feel more powerful, less resistant, and more able to stand in my truth. I’m so grateful to have Tina in my life.
Kelly Engelbrecht
I had spent so much time listening to external voices about what my life should look like that I no longer trusted my own. Tina helped me recognize where my experiences and conditioning had created imbalance and gave me insight into how I could move toward a truer expression of myself. Her ability to connect and empower others is a real gift.
Pamela Kushlan
Working with Tina left me feeling empowered to trust and use my own inner guidance. She gave me tools and insights that helped me navigate my struggles more effectively, so getting out of my own way now feels easier and more doable.
