One Pattern. One Focused Day. A Different Way Forward.

You already know what keeps happening.

The overthinking. The shutdown. The second-guessing. The people-pleasing. The hesitation.

The pattern that shows up every time you get close to changing something important.

The RECODE Intensive™ is a private, focused experience designed to help you understand what’s actually driving one recurring pattern and begin changing your relationship to it.

and it still shows up.

You may be able to explain exactly where the pattern came from.

You may notice it while it is happening. You may even know what you “should” do differently.

But when the pressure is on, the old response still wins. That’s the kind of pattern we bring into the Intensive.

Not your entire life. Not every issue you have ever had.

One pattern that’s creating more friction than it deserves.

And we give it our full attention.

Bring me the pattern you're tired of carrying.

The question is simple:

What’s the one thing that, if it shifted, would create disproportionate relief or movement in your life?

Start there.

Why An Intensive?

Some patterns need more than a 60-minute conversation.

There are times when an hour is enough. And there are times when you’re just reaching the important layer when the session ends.

The RECODE Intensive™ gives us uninterrupted space to stay with one issue long enough to understand it from multiple angles.

We can slow the pattern down. Trace what activates it. Explore the meaning underneath it. Identify the role or identity connected to it. Notice the emotional response. Work with the learned strategy.

And then begin creating a different way of responding.

Without rushing.

Without having to save the important part for next week.

Private coaching is designed for women navigating a larger chapter, transition, or series of decisions over time.

The RECODE Intensive™ is different.

It’s narrow by design.

We choose one pattern, one internal conflict, or one area of recurring friction and give it concentrated attention. You do not need to commit to months of coaching. You do not need to arrive with your entire life figured out.

You simply need to know: This keeps happening, and I am ready to look at it differently.

If your situation requires ongoing support, multiple major decisions, or continued coaching through a long transition, private coaching may be the better fit.

But if one pattern is disproportionately influencing your life right now, the Intensive gives us room to go directly there.

A recurring behavior usually has a logic. It may be protecting you from something. Preserving belonging. Maintaining control. Avoiding rejection. Reducing uncertainty. Protecting an identity. Keeping you connected to what’s familiar.

The pattern may no longer be useful. But that doesn’t mean it’s random.

So rather than asking, “Why do I keep doing this?” with frustration, we start asking, “What’s this response trying to accomplish?”

That question often changes the entire conversation.

The Intensive moves through three focused stages.

NO. 01

Map the Pattern

We get extremely clear about what keeps happening.

What triggers it? What do you think? What do you feel? What do you do? What happens next? When does the pattern become strongest? What’s the cost of continuing it?

We take something that feels messy or automatic and make it visible.

NO. 02

Work With What Sustains It

Then we go underneath the surface, and depending on what’s relevant, we may explore:

Meaning. Beliefs. Identity. Values. Emotional associations. Internal representations. Protective strategies. Learned expectations.

The story your system has been using to make sense of the situation.

I may draw from NLP, guided processes, emotional integration, somatic awareness, subconscious pattern work, and other coaching tools.

The tool is never the point.

Understanding what’s sustaining the pattern is.

NO. 03

Build a Different Response

Insight by itself is not enough.

We identify what you want to do differently when the pattern shows up again. That may involve:

A new decision. A different interpretation. A boundary. A conversation. A behavioral experiment. A different internal response. A new standard. A practical next move.

Then we build a personalized integration plan, so the work has somewhere to go when you return to real life.

The aim is simple:
When the familiar trigger appears, you have more than one way to respond.

This is not six hours of talking about your past.

We may absolutely explore earlier experiences if they're relevant because it may help us understand what's happening now.

But the goal is not to spend the day endlessly analyzing your history.

This is also not about creating an emotional performance.

You do not need to cry.
Have a revelation.
Relive painful experiences.

Or walk away feeling like an entirely different person.

The work can be subtle and still be meaningful.

The standard is not: “Did something dramatic happen?”

The standard is: “Do I now have more clarity, more choice, and a different way to move forward?”

The Intensive may be the right fit if...

There's one recurring pattern you are tired of managing.

You understand the issue intellectually but continue responding the same way.

You're self-aware and willing to look honestly at what's happening.

The pattern becomes especially strong during decisions, transitions, conflict, visibility, growth, or stress.

You do not necessarily need ongoing coaching.

You want concentrated attention on one issue.

You're ready to participate actively in the process.

And you want something more useful than another explanation for why you do what you do.

You may need a different kind of support if...

You're navigating several major areas of change at once and need ongoing support over time.

You want someone available between decisions as your situation evolves.

You're looking for therapy, psychological treatment, or support for significant mental-health or trauma-related symptoms.

You're primarily looking for advice about what decision to make.

Or you want a coach to tell you exactly what to do.

The Intensive is focused on personal development and coaching work.

It's not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

Hi, I'm Tina LeAnn

Creator of RECODE Your System™

My work is centered on one premise: Behavior makes more sense when you understand the system underneath it.

My background in mechanical design taught me to investigate problems by looking beyond the visible symptom.

Today, I bring that same systems lens to human behavior.

I draw from neuroscience, psychology, NLP, identity development, subconscious pattern work, somatic awareness, and transformational coaching.

I’m not attached to forcing every person through the same tool or framework.

I’m interested in what’s actually happening for you. Because when we work with the right thing, change becomes much more possible.

Working with Tina felt like working with an old friend I’ve known for years.

I felt so comfortable sharing the unshareable while getting the support to navigate my own patterns, catch them like little bubbles of fog standing between me and who I want to be, and gently popping them.

I started with a heavy load of beliefs that always left me stuck. After a few sessions with Tina, I felt immediately lighter, as if I had put down a heavy load I had been carrying for years. My kids felt that too.

Now I can identify when old identities, beliefs, and patterns are in play, and I have much more certainty about what needs to happen next. I’m also more aware that the relationship I have with myself is the central relationship in my life.

It's truly the greatest honor and gift to experience a breakthrough session with Tina. She is so masterful, grounded, elegant, and precise in her craft.

I entered the breakthrough session with a lot of deep weight I had been carrying for most of my life, ranging from health conditions I couldn’t get to the root of, all the way to financial blocks and confusion on my “next steps”..

I was cautious. While I was hopeful, I had done many sessions with other practitioners prior to meeting her, that never seemed to move the needle with these blocks the way I had been needing and looking for.

I was completely blown away and beyond fulfilled by the end of our session! Not only did we get to the core of these blocks, but I walked away with truly priceless wisdom and clarity that changed my whole worldview. I feel resourced, restored, and FREE, which was my intention (and tall order) coming into the breakthrough.

Tina is a wellspring of hard earned wisdom she is ready and willing to impart onto you, if you’re open and willing to learn and go deep. She really puts all of her heart and care into every aspect. Her facilitation is incredibly deep, clean, and pure. She has devoted her life to these studies and it’s felt.

If you are on the fence, this is your sign to take the leap. You won’t regret it.

I am beyond grateful to know Tina, and to continue to experience her ever-evolving, potent, and important work.

Tina has a calm, focused nature and is both intuitive and strategic, a rare combination. She often sees where you need to go in your life or business before you do, then gives you the tools to get there.

What started as a journey in search of peace and understanding after both of my parents’ deaths led me into my own self-discovery. I feel more powerful, less resistant, and more able to stand in my truth. I’m so grateful to have Tina in my life.

I had spent so much time listening to external voices about what my life should look like that I no longer trusted my own. Tina helped me recognize where my experiences and conditioning had created imbalance and gave me insight into how I could move toward a truer expression of myself. Her ability to connect and empower others is a real gift.

Working with Tina left me feeling empowered to trust and use my own inner guidance. She gave me tools and insights that helped me navigate my struggles more effectively, so getting out of my own way now feels easier and more doable.

You've Got Questions. I've Got Answers.

The RECODE Intensive™ is a private five- to six-hour session focused on one recurring pattern, response, or internal conflict you want to understand and change. We work with the beliefs, meanings, emotional responses, identity patterns, and subconscious processes that may be sustaining it, then create a personalized integration plan for what comes next.

NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is one of several tools I may use during an intensive. It explores relationships between language, internal representations, learned patterns, and behavior.

The RECODE Intensive is not an NLP session specifically; the tools we use depend on what is most useful for the pattern we’re addressing.

MER® (Mental and Emotional Release) is another process I may use to work with emotional associations connected to a recurring pattern. It is designed to help clients explore and reduce emotional charge without requiring them to recount every detail of the original experience.

The RECODE Intensive is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental-health treatment. It is a focused coaching and personal-development experience centered on identifying a specific recurring pattern and working with the beliefs, meanings, emotional responses, and learned strategies surrounding it.

Therapy, coaching, and an intensive like this serve different purposes and can sometimes complement one another.

Every person responds differently. You may experience insight, emotion, relief, fatigue, clarity, or simply a new perspective on a pattern you’ve been carrying.

The goal is not to manufacture an emotional breakthrough. It is to create useful change and give you a clear way to integrate what emerges.

The session is typically five to six hours and is held in-person or via Zoom. Please allow the full five to six hours of uninterrupted space to give yourself room for integration.

Choose a quiet, private space where you can be uninterrupted. Bring water, something to eat, and a journal. Wear comfortable clothes and avoid scheduling anything demanding immediately afterward.

This intensive may be a good fit if there is a specific pattern you understand but have struggled to change, especially during a transition, relationship challenge, major decision, or period of identity change.

And:

If you’re unsure whether an intensive or ongoing private coaching is the better fit, we can determine that before booking.

The investment is $2,997 and is due at booking. Because significant time is reserved specifically for your intensive, payments are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Yes. Some clients return when a different pattern or area of life becomes relevant. If you find that the work would benefit from greater continuity, private coaching may be a better next step.
